Norwegian Artist & Designer

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep need for creative expression. Art has always been my way of processing — it helps me pause, reflect, and reconnect.

I have studied both Visual Arts and Graphic Design, and hold a Higher Vocational Diploma in Visual Arts. In addition, I have worked professionally as a Graphic Designer for several years.

To my great despair, I wasn’t able to paint for a long time due to a chronic condition. Fortunately, I’ve now found a way to continue my passion through digital painting and illustration.

Living with chronic illness for many years has shaped both me and my creative journey. In a world that often demands speed and perfection, art has become my way of finding balance, meaning and softness. It’s where I can breathe freely.

I believe art can be a mirror and sometimes, a gentle nudge to reconnect with what truly matters.

I explore the emotional landscape of being human, and through mindful art I aim to create a visual pause. Each piece is a quiet invitation to slow down and to listen inward. A gentle reminder to honour your own space, to set boundaries, and to allow all parts of yourself. It’s okay to be vulnerable. It’s okay to say no. And it’s okay to be strong.

In the middle of everyday noise, art can create moments of clarity and presence. Making Sense is not just a name — it’s a process. And it’s what I hope this art will help you do — make sense of your inner world, your space, and your story.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Your presence is what make this space meaningful, and your support allows me to keep creating, sharing, and making sense — one piece at a time.
